MMC Pro is an algae and mould treatment that creates great long lasting clean surfaces.
This is the most efficient and progressive product to treat mould and algae on all hard surfaces. In comparison, pressure-washing is time-consuming, labour-intensive, and abrasive – and it often accelerates the growth on surfaces that are prone to problematic mould and algae.
As a high-performance versatile product, it is suitable for all large-scale outdoor hard surfaces such as patios, walls on buildings as well as delicate, problematic ones, such as rendering and glass, and its dilution rate provides high coverage while maintaining efficient protection against early re-growth.
We highly recommend this product to eliminate mould and other growths typically within 2 to 4 days. Additionally, the secondary detergent action will aid in cleaning the treated exposed hard surface in the following weeks and months.

- EASY & QUICK PROCEDURE: Apply MMC Pro Hard Surface Cleaner when surfaces are dry, and no rain is forecasted in the following 3 to 4 hours. Simply dilute in a low pressure sprayer and thoroughly saturate the surface. This product requires no scrubbing, so no mess.
- NON-ABRASIVE: We recommend that this should be applied at low pressure, and allow it to soak in to the treated hard surface. There is no need for aggressive or damaging application methods such as pressure washing or steam cleaning. This product can also be used as a patio cleaner.
- LONG-LASTING EFFECT: MMC Pro Hard Surface Cleaner offers long-lasting effects typically providing between 6 to 9 months of protection after the first application, and protection for 8 to 12 months after subsequent applications.
MMC PRO should be used safely and contact with plant life should be kept as low as possible. However, if over-spray occurs or there is minimal run-off onto grass, soil or hardy plants, it will not usually cause damage. If there is a heavier run-off or over-spray, then simply flood the area with fresh water.
All pets and people not wearing protective clothing should be kept off treated areas until the product has completely dried. This usually takes 5 to 6 hours depending on weather conditions.
